**Key Tasks**
Processing quotes, orders, refunds and warranties into an ERP system
Following up and providing etas on orders
Assisting team members to ensure work is completed in a timely manner

**Your Background**
2-3 years experience in customer service (spoken and written)
Call center experience (50 calls per agent)
Fluent in English both written and verbal
Experience in Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel)
2-3 years experience with an ERP system
Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Good communication skills
Teamplayer
Other qualifications or experiences.
