**Office Administrator/Personal Assistant**New Concept Home Staging and Redesign
Toronto, ON
Full-time, Permanent
Well Established Home Staging company, since 2016, is looking to fill the position of Office Administrator/ Personal Assistant.
Responsibilities will include administrative duties and assisting the Owner and Project Staging Managers as needed.
Office duties include:
- Update the company documents and submit full and complete documents by their assigned deadlines. This includes tracking employee hours and tax related information ie. purchases, revenues etc.
- Must have a Valid Drivers license and be comfortable to drive in all weather conditions when traveling to work locations
- Supporting the Staging team with various duties
- Developing and maintaining new office procedures, as needed, as well as keeping detailed records of current and ongoing projects
- Creating and maintaining electronic and hard copy filing system
- Standard office duties
- Answering the phones and relaying messages
Requirements include:
- Expert in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Adobe Acrobat (Photoshop would be an asset)
- Strong command of the English language, written and verbal
- Prioritizing and working with limited guidance
- Multitasking while working under tight and varying deadlines
- Experience within the staging industry would be considered and asset
