**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage and develop all standard warranty operating procedures within Brandt Tractor
- Develop & deploy warranty recovery policies, process and procedures to ensure warranty claims are maximized to the full extent of our suppliers and vendor guidelines
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Warranty Team
- Maintain key relationships with our suppliers
- Ensure timely submission of warranty claims to our suppliers
- Manage and approve all good will and warranty policy payments from suppliers
- Conduct warranty training for Brandt employees
- Manage warranty accounts receivables
- Develop metrics, maintain warranty and program reports
- Assist with processing claims when needed
- Other duties as assigned
Required Experience
- A strong understanding of warranty policies and procedures
- Knowledge of the equipment Brandt represents is considered an asset, but not necessary
- Must be able to effectively motivate and lead a large team
- Critical thinker with the ability to recognize when a procedure needs improvement, develop solutions and implement them
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer skills, and proficiency in the use of the Microsoft suite, especially Excel would be an asset
- Previous experience in a dealership environment is considered an asset
