**Technical Requirements**

**Microsoft Office**
- Schedule meetings with attendees and room booking within Microsoft Outlook Scheduling Assistant
- Create/Edit documents in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, (Visio an asset)

**Salesforce**
- Create/Edit custom Object
- Create/Edit Flow, Process Builder
- Create/Edit Apex classes
- Create/Edit Report
- Technically fluent in Salesforce Lightning platform development
- Good overall understanding of Salesforce Platform administration

**Other**
- Technically fluent in programming languages, including Apex, JavaScript, VisualForce
- Knowledge of network protocols and standards, including Micrososoft network, Cloud (Azure, AWS).

**Formal Education & Certification**
- College diploma or university degree in computer science or computer engineering
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1
- Knowledge & Experience Requirements
- 8 years direct experience in software development and/or programming design and systems management.
- Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of software solutions.
- Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping and methodology development, and data mapping.
- Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures, project lifecycle models, etc.
- Working experience in Agile methodology
Understanding of end-user needs and requirements.
- Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.

- Outstanding writing and documentation skills.
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.

- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.

**Work Conditions**
- Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines.
- Sitting for extended periods of time.
- Physically able to participate in sessions, presentations, and meetings.

The requirement of English is required for business reasons and to serve external and/or internal English-speaking customers.
