Surrey, Canada Frolic Expression Speech Therapy Inc. Full time

**Duties**:

- Assist the full Speech-Language Pathologist with executing treatment programs for clients during 1:1 therapy sessions.
- Preparing activities and materials for the therapy sessions.
- Consult with the Speech-Language Pathologist regularly regarding the progress of therapy sessions for clients.
- Collect and maintain appropriate data records, observations, and progress reports for the clients.
- Maintain and clean therapeutic resources.

**Qualifications**:

- Therapy Assistant Diploma preferable and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of early child development and experience working with children of various types of neurodiversity such as ASD, ADHD, etc.
- Proficiency in medical terminology will be an asset.
- Ability to successfully work independently, in a team environment, and with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain successful working relationships; meeting and interacting with people in a pleasant, professional, responsible and reassuring manner, using tact, courtesy, and alertness in public contacts.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and written.

**Experience**:

- Speech-Language Pathologists: 1 year (preferred)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:
