- Consistent Monthly Revenue We are transitioning into a structured multi-service studio and require strong on-site leadership. Role Overview This is a producing leadership position. Service Delivery:
- Provide nail, lash, or aesthetic services at a high professional standard
- Build and grow your personal client base
- Support cross-selling across service categories Operations:
- Oversee daily studio operations
- Coordinate scheduling and chair utilization
- Ensure service quality and cleanliness standards
- Support team accountability and professionalism
- Assist with onboarding and mentoring team members Growth & Strategy:
- Drive booking growth initiatives
- Collaborate directly with the owner on strategy
- Monitor performance metrics and revenue targets
- Help scale the studio into a multi-service model What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Nail Technician, Lash Technician, or Aesthetician
- Minimum 4+ years experience preferred
- Strong client retention and service standards
- Leadership mindset and business awareness
- Organized, accountable, and growth-oriented
