Field Coordinator

The position will work closely with Construction Operations leadership to support all site construction activities and administrative processes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform site visits and review the site actual values (weekly basis) against those of the pre-plan and budget. Based on the data retrieved, generate reports to review with project team.
- Provide monthly project status reports to assist with cost forecasting
- Complete project takeoffs for estimating and project teams
- Compiling historical data on productivity for estimating and project teams
- Assisting project team with tracking sheet set up and provide day to day support
- Other duties and tasks as assigned
**Required Skills & Experience**:
- 1-3 years’ experience in the Construction Field
- Construction carpentry training or a technical Diploma or relevant University Degree
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Passion for construction
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- The ability to travel throughout the Lower Mainland with access to your own vehicle (mileage will be paid)
