We are currently looking for a full time **Fleet Administrator/310T Apprentice **to join our growing team

Our ideal hire would have an in-depth understanding of construction machinery and vehicle maintenance and would be working towards a career in fleet management or a 310T License.
- **As a Fleet Administrator/310T Apprentice, you will be responsible for**:_
- Assisting the fleet manager with various administrative duties.
- Assisting our licensed mechanics with maintenance and repair of both light and heavy vehicles/equipment.
- Perform minor to average routine maintenance and repair services on different types of vehicles/equipment under the supervision of our 310T mechanics.
- Install and repair specialized vehicle accessories and safety equipment
- Order and receive replacement or repair parts as directed and keep stock area in neat and tidy condition
- Use hand tools to carry out maintenance and repair duties
- Accurately complete forms, reports and input/retrieve information into Fleet Management System
- May be required to perform emergency roadside repairs
- Attend training courses as required
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- Associate's degree preferred in related field
- Valid Driver's License required (at least Class G2)
- One (1) year or more combination of classroom training and work experience of mechanical repairs on heavy duty and medium duty equipment.
- Highly thorough and dependable
- Work shift work and weekend as required
- Perform all entry level tasks
- Ability to read and/or listen and understand information and ideas communicated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong mechanical skills
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
