Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Soccer Coach to join our team. As a Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for planning and implementing training sessions, developing players' skills and knowledge of the game, and fostering a positive and supportive team environment. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young athletes and help them reach their full potential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate training sessions focused on skill development, tactical understanding, and physical fitness
- Teach players the rules and strategies of soccer
- Provide constructive feedback to players to help them improve their performance
- Plan and organize team practices, drills, and scrimmages
- Motivate and inspire players to work hard, be disciplined, and demonstrate good sportsmanship
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaches
- Attend games, tournaments, and other team events as required
- Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions and games

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Soccer Coach or playing experience at a high level
- Strong knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and techniques
- Ability to educate players on proper techniques and skills development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with young athletes and helping them grow both on and off the field

Preferred Skills (not required):

- Experience coaching swimming or other sports

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
