- Take your ambitions to the next level
- You will assume a leadership and influencing role and act as a content advisor in the ongoing delivery, maintenance and updating of solutions.- Actively participate in the analysis, development and evolution of large-scale software products that have a major impact on the company and are part of business solutions;
- Ensure the quality and security of the solutions to be coded;
- Ensure that the team adopts good practices and processes adapted to their situation;
- Help them evolve in tune with the team's experience and maturity in continuous improvement mode;
- Lead several teams and bring them to collaborate regularly with other teams, partners, and occasionally, with members of senior management and authorities;
- Make innovative technical decisions in a complex and strategic context and take responsibility for them;
- Identify and prioritize projects that combine business and technology and support business strategies;
- Define development methods, development patterns, and technology choices and share them across the teams reporting to you;
- Work in co-creation with business partners and architects to understand and achieve the alignment of solutions with business intentions and objectives;
- Ensure test automation (e.g., test pyramids, TDD, BDD) and be accountable for quality;
- Ensure the analysis and resolution of major incidents and provide leadership in the resolution of highly complex problems;
- Represent the teams with various members of senior management and with external partners or organizations;
- Stay abreast of technological trends and development practices, and act as a mentor to development teams in terms of technologies and ways of doing things;
- Establish frameworks and document technical solutions and practices to ensure product sustainability.

- Does this sound like you?
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in a similar role;
- Experience with Mainframe (ZOS), COBOL, CICS environment, DB IDMS, DB2, JCL, Easytrieve;
- Leadership and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Ability to:

- communicate and popularize complicated concepts;
- influence the team and others on the best practices in the industry;
- to question and strive to learn new things;
- stimulate innovation;
- keep learning;
- anticipate problems and blockages and find proactive ways to work around them;
- understand quickly, adapt and anticipate.
- Curious, organized, rigorous and able to manage priorities;
- Communication with teams in French and English. Level expected:
