Operations Cordinator

We’re looking for a high-performance OPERATIONS CORDINATOR who thrives on hitting delivery targets, reducing costs, and delivering an exceptional customer experience — without excuses. Axiom Surface Protection is growing rapidly across North America, and this role plays a critical part in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time, in full, and with zero surprises. What You’ll Own
- End-to-end execution of all outbound shipments
- Ensuring all orders are picked, packaged and shipped on time and cost-efficiently
- Daily coordination with Sales to align delivery expectations and priorities
- Proactive management of backorders, delays, and exceptions — before they impact customers
- Carrier and warehouse relationships, including service levels and pricing
- Freight cost optimization and continuous improvement of shipping methods
- Clear, timely communication with Customer Service on all shipments
- Documentation and resolution of freight claims, damages, and discrepancies
- Reporting on shipping performance, delays, and cost trends
- Day-to-day assistance and coordination with inbound shipments receiving What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- 98%+ on-time delivery performance

- Coordination with warehouses and partners across North America
