**What’s the Job?**
The Front Desk and Housekeeping will contribute to the overall success of the property by providing superior customer service, administrative support, and housekeeping services. This position is responsible for making and modifying reservations, greeting and registering guests, settling guest accounts, and ensuring clean and well-maintained guest rooms and common areas.
**Your work will include**:
- Performing check-ins and check-outs with a focus on excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Maintaining a professional image and service-oriented environment to enhance the guest experience.
- Taking reservations over the phone, in person, or online, following booking, confirmation, and cancellation procedures.
- Adjusting or modifying reservations based on guest requests.
- Handling guest complaints and resolving issues efficiently and courteously.
- Responding to incidents such as noise disturbances, unruly behavior, and guest concerns.
- Verifying guest accounts, handling discrepancies, and identifying potential fraud risks.
- Ensuring financial accuracy for daily audits.
- Maintaining knowledge of local events, tourism amenities, and weather forecasts.
- Performing housekeeping duties, including cleaning guest rooms, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas.
- Following housekeeping checklists and safety protocols to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
**Who are we looking for?**
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Technical aptitude with beginner-level knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- A professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a culture of accountability.
- Willingness to perform both front desk and housekeeping duties as needed.
- Experience using a property management system, such as WebRezPro, is an asset.
**Experience an asset but not required.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
