**Job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable skilled laborer to join our team in the telecommunications field. This is a hands-on role involving physical labor and technical support for field operations.

Scope of Work Includes:

- Operating a jetter for cable installation
- Assisting with fibre optic pulling and blowing
- Supporting splicing crews and preparing cable for splicing
- Manual and mechanical trenching
- Conduit installation and backfilling
- General site preparation and cleanup

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with all aspects of telecom infrastructure work
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a safe and clean job site
- Support field technicians with various tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- Experience in telecommunications, construction, or civil work preferred
- Physically capable of lifting, digging, and working outdoors
- Valid driver’s license (Class G2/G)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Safety certifications (CSTS, First Aid, Fall Protection) are an asset
