**On-Call Property Management Assistant**

**Responsibilities**:

- Run errands and provide on-the-ground support as needed.
- Pick up and deliver packages and materials to job sites.
- Take photos and video tours of real estate properties.
- Conduct visual inspections of properties.
- Communicate with tenants and maintain positive, productive relationships.
- Assist in managing all aspects of assigned properties, including arranging maintenance to meet standards.
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants.
- Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses.
- Oversee property personnel and assess their performance.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Strong organizational skills and efficient time management.
- Ability to be available on call for tenants' calls and emergencies.
- Experience in property management or related fields is preferred but not required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
