The Role:
This role will support the global retail engagement and education journey to elevate the customer experience and enhance the retail culture. You will be responsible for design, delivery and roll out of inspiring training content and initiatives, with a view to developing an engaged and high performing retail population.
This role is a fixed-term contract.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Partner with key stakeholders (Retail Ops, IT, Marketing, B&M, Digital Trading, Image, etc) to shape and deliver a cohesive training & communications calendar, taking into consideration key peak trading periods, seasonal product launches and roll out of key retail initiatives.
- Provide training expertise, advice & coaching to key retail stakeholders - Area Managers, Retail Leadership & Training Ambassadors.
- Ensure store teams have up to date product knowledge and a consistent brand ‘voice’ across all literature.
- Consistently review materials, content, and training sessions to ensure best practice and relevance.
- Conduct evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training being delivered.
- Develop and implement a ‘train the trainer’ program to equip Store Leaders with all knowledge and documentation they need to deliver clear, engaging and on-brand training.
- Identify and propose new tools and techniques to enhance the customer journey.
- Ensure training materials are kept up to date and respond to bespoke requests with appropriate training as required.
- Be an exemplary ambassador for our ‘Next Gen’ retail culture: curious, forward thinking & innovative - working to elevate customer and colleague experiences.

Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous Training experience is a must for this role.
- People and experience focused individual.
- A background in luxury retail is preferred.
- A good understanding of retail KPI’s.
- You will be personable, confident, and engaging.
- Second language beneficial.
- Microsoft Office proficient.
Travel to our store locations will be required for this role.
