**PURPOSE & SCOPE**:
The Fluid Technician is responsible for cleaning CNC equipment / washers and ensuring fluids used in various operations are changed and maintained in order to support production requirements. Work must be done in a safe and efficient manner and comply with all Stackpole International’s Health & Safety policies, procedures and quality systems.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Complete fluid concentration monitoring and logging throughout work shift
- Complete fluid top-up and concentration adjustments
- Responsible to clean CNC equipment (Remove any oil, coolant, sludge, or chips resulting from manufacturing operations) and refill to return to production.
- Maintain and clean drip and coolant trays for assigned area of responsibility.
- Responsible to clean deburring equipment (Remove fluid, media, sludge, chisel build up from tub resulting from manufacturing operations) and refill to return to production.
- Responsible to clean part washers (Remove fluid, sludge, wash and rinse tanks) and refill to return to production.
- Responsible for dispensing used fluids and coolant.
- Follow all requirements of the Quality Management System and Environmental Health & Safety Systems.
- Ensure that the requirements of the Quality Management System and Environmental Health & Safety Systems are met.
- Other duties as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE**
- Education and/or Experience:_
- High School diploma or equivalent

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.13 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stratford, ON N5A 2P5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
