**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive Indigenous relations strategy aligned with Innivec's mission and values. Lead the cultivation of strong relationships with Indigenous communities, businesses, and organizations, serving as the primary point of contact. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate Indigenous perspectives and priorities into Innivec's business practices, products, and services. Provide guidance and support to Innivec staff on engaging with Indigenous partners in a culturally sensitive and respectful manner. Advocate for Indigenous rights and interests within Innivec and the broader business community, including participation in relevant forums and initiatives. Oversee the planning and execution of Indigenous-focused events, workshops, and initiatives to promote economic development and empowerment. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Indigenous relations initiatives, tracking key performance metrics and outcomes.

Stay informed about Indigenous issues, trends, and best practices, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Pay: $1,066.00-$1,641.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- management: 5 years (preferred)
