Aben Graphics Ltd., a leading commercial printing and sign & display company in Muskoka, is seeking a hands-on and versatile Sign & Print Production Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a newly renovated, modern facility alongside a friendly, collaborative team and help expand our sign and display business while actively supporting commercial print production.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain commercial printing, sign production, and bindery equipment. Hands-on involvement in commercial print production is a key part of this role, training provided where required.
- Print and install vehicle graphics, indoor/outdoor signage, and displays.
- Provide support in other areas of the business as needed.
- Perform deliveries as required.
- Collaborate with the design team and management to ensure the quality and accuracy of installations and printed materials.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of experience in sign & display or commercial print or vehicle graphic, signage installation required.
- Strong math skills required.
- Knowledge of signage permitting and regulatory requirements an asset.
- Knowledge of dimensional signage manufacturing techniques and installation an asset.
- Experience with or willingness to learn commercial print and bindery equipment, training provided.
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
- Physical strength with ability to lift 40-100 pounds on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
