**Crosslinx Transit Solutions (CTS) is a consortium comprised of EllisDon, AtkinsRéalis, Aecon and ACS - Dragados. CTS has been selected by Metrolinx and Infrastructure Ontario to deliver the Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit Project and is seeking highly qualified, experienced personnel to join the team of this complex P3 design and construction project.**

This position will be responsible for working closely with the Director/Vice-President to ensure construction project plans are developed, tracked and executed.

**Responsibilities**:

- With the support of Planning Control team, the Project Manager/Planner is responsible to develop execution schedules with input from the Director/Vice President and complete assigned deliverables in a timely manner.
- Ensure all necessary detail is captured, review with Director/Vice President and the broader team.
- Ensure that schedule has no constraints except for “must finish on” for client interface milestones as per contract agreement.
- Run resource curves, critical path analysis, EV, SPI
- Run analysis on resource peaks and discuss with team to level out resources by changing logic and durations.
- Schedule updates for assigned scope, changing logic (no out of sequence activities), no open ended activities, add remaining duration/expected finish dates as per construction input.
- Receive feedback from internal and external stakeholders and with the Director/Vice President ensure the subcontractor progress and schedule is a true reflection of the scope.
- Incorporate all change management into the schedule with logic, durations to show impacts.
- Identify potential issues in regards to internal and external (subcontractor) interfaces, delays or other issues that will impact plan deliverables from completing tasks on time.
- Resource loading assigned schedule responsibilities. Ensure resources are assigned correctly and match the units/hours/budget that is in PM+.
- Adding new activities that represent additional activities or execution deviation.
- Ensure budget transfers are reflected in the schedule as per PM+
- Add detail into both live and baseline construction execution schedule as schedule detail is expanding over time.
- Review float paths and ensure logic is correctly defined. Segment Planner will review and any changes that need to be made will be assigned to Segment planner/scheduler for their responsible scope.

**Qualifications**:

- Developing P6 schedules for large heavy civil/Industrial project following contractual and project guidelines with the support of a Planning Manager. Able to provide the above using P6.
- Managing P6 schedules that involve relaying information to multiple public stakeholders
- 3-5 Years of P6 operations experience accompanied with 3+ years of field experience.
- P6 knowledge that is accompanied by extensive knowledge of best practices for planning.
- Construction planning background managing multiple subcontractor schedules that feed into master schedules.

**Extent of Internal/Public Contact**
- CTS staff including design, construction, scheduling, document control, safety, estimating, quality control, finance

**Physical Demands**
- Able to perform in a fast paced environment.
