Part time Medical Admin for evening shift.

Our Medical Centre is currently looking hire a new member to join our team.

**Salary**: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

**Mandatory Qualifications**:
1. Experience, as an admin, is mandatory in family practice/ walk in clinic setting (no in clinic training available).

2. Must have full knowledge in EMR (preferably OSCAR).

3. Preferably living in Mississauga or Etobicoke with a reliable transportation.

4. Able to work in a fast-paced setting with multiple doctors and high volume of patients.

5. Punctual with strong verbal and written communication.

6. Proficiency in English is required.

7. can check height, weight and do simple urine dip testing for certain patients.

**Duties**:
1. Greeting patients.

2. Registering patients in OSCAR, electronic documents filing in EMR, as well as checking. and responding to EMR internal messaging system.

3. Update patient information, and ensure valid OHIP numbers are in the chart.

4. May take patient to exam rooms, and coordinate effective patient flow.

5. Scanning, faxing, documents.

6. Answers multi-line telephone system in an accurate, and efficient manner.

7. Manages booking/referral processes.

8. Re-stocking medical supplies in exam rooms and making sure room are tidy.

9. Ability to adapt quickly to a fast paced, dynamic work environment.

10. Adhere to privacy and confidentiality policies and maintains confidentiality of all data and information.

11. Performs other duties as assigned in the interest of efficient operations of the clinic.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- 6 months: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Medical Office administration certification (preferred)
