**Having previous experience at a physiotherapy/massage therapy clinic is an asset (Do you know how to use Jane? Even better)**

Rebound Health and Wellness is an independent multidisciplinary health clinic, seeking a receptionist with previous experience in a similar role (multi-disciplinary clinic, physio/massage/chiro clinic, medical office admin). **Experience with Jane and Telus Health is fantastic but not necessary**.

Our receptionist must have great customer service skills (in person and over the phone), quick problem solving abilities, and previous experience in a clinical receptionist position booking appointments and managing schedules and billing. You should be independent and able to troubleshoot with confidence.

We will fully train you on our electronic booking/invoicing system (Jane). As you are our first point of contact for many of our clients, a great attitude and keen attention to detail is what we are looking for

**Evening availability is a must (3pm-8pm). We have Monday/Wednesday evenings available at the moment, other shifts will be available from time to time as coverage as well (weekends too)**

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
