**Responsibilities**:
Lead and develop content for employer brand and recruitment marketing projects including but not limited to career site content, job postings, video and other media, targeted recruitment marketing, social presence and more.
Build and drive content strategy, working cross-functionally with our partners in Communications, HR as well as external vendors from time to time.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitive insights, best practices and other relevant information to inform your approach as well as to ensure the content we provide is targeted and ahead of the curve
Conduct industry research, keeping abreast of the latest news and trends of the recruitment world and providing analysis on the global talent market
Lead the project management and delivery of other talent acquisition strategic initiatives, and support the prioritization of initiatives with a critical line of sight of interdependencies
Support other projects as needed
**Skills & Experience**:
Undergraduate degree or a combination of education, training and experience deemed equivalent
5-8 years of demonstrated successful experience of copywriting and creative experience within employer brand, recruitment marketing, or internal communications
Ability to write top performing long-form content, creative briefs, blog posts, video scripts, video titles and descriptions, as well as social media posts, job ads and other short-form content
Experience writing social media copy and understands the nuances across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Glassdoor, Instagram and other employee facing platforms
Organization-wide program and project design, delivery and evaluation expertise
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships with, and influence, leaders at all levels of the organization
Ability to deal effectively with competing and shifting priorities
