This role is an excellent fit if you take pride in working hands-on with complex, high-precision parts and subassemblies. Both challenging and rewarding, this position will require you to collaborate with skilled toolmakers and machinists to deliver high-quality results for our customers.

** What you’ll get to do**
- Follow established manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and direction from Manufacturing Leaders to perform assigned tasks safely and efficiently.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and layouts to determine the proper sequence of assembly and installation operations.
- Fit, align, and assemble mechanical components, tools, and gages according to blueprints, CAD models, and engineering specifications.
- Assemble and install mechanical components and equipment using appropriate hand and power tools.
- Perform grinding, deburring, stamping, and etching operations as required to complete assemblies and ensure all parts meet quality standards.
- Perform precision adjustments and verifications using micrometers, indicators, and other precision measuring instruments.
- Troubleshoot and correct misalignments, fit issues, or functional discrepancies during assembly.
- Perform rigging, dismantling, and preparation for equipment shipment.
- Support equipment reassembly and installation at customer sites, ensuring systems meet all quality and performance standards.
- Provide technical feedback and continuous improvement input on assembled systems and tooling.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and quality excellence.
- Participate in on-site installation and commissioning activities at customer facilities as required.

** What we’re looking for**
- **Experience**:5+ years working with precision details in an aerospace environment
- **Qualifications**: Leverage your trade certificate or equivalent experience as a mechanical assembler, millwright, or related trade.
