The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for the day to day management of the Ontario Proximity Distribution network. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Daily management of the direct to store deliveries for retail, food service and other accounts within Ontario- Participate in and suggest cost savings initiatives to improve network results- Analyze and explain the costs associated with routes under your responsibility- Responsible for the maintenance and repairs of route equipment (ex: handhelds, printers, etc)- Support Agropur’s third party distributors with billing concerns and route quantities analysis, overall management- Work with internal operation teams in warehousing and production to ensure accurate, on time delivery for our customers- Respond to service requests from our external customers related to delivery schedules or delivery requirements- Assist with Holiday Planning and delivery schedules for all routes under your supervision;- Facilitate off day and emergency order requests- Additional tasks and general duties as required- A hybrid schedule with onsite work required- Occasional offsite travel to meet with Agent Distributors Typical schedule (Tuesday - Saturday)

**Requirements**:
- A college or university degree in a related field- At least 2 year of experience in a related field, previous experience in a logistics environment is preferred- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills;-
- Strong command of English (written and verbal)
