**Overview**
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Parts and Service Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their automotive parts needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring that all transactions are handled efficiently. Your mechanical knowledge and sales skills will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales within our dealership.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers promptly and assist them in identifying their automotive parts requirements.
- Provide expert advice on parts selection based on mechanical knowledge and customer needs.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of parts.
- Offer additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain an organized inventory of parts, ensuring that stock levels are adequate.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with mechanics and service advisors to ensure seamless communication regarding parts availability.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive repair techniques and product offerings.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Proven sales abilities, particularly in upselling automotive products.
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicles and familiarity with automotive repair processes.
- Experience working in a dealership environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- A background as a mechanic or in automotive repair is an advantage.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
