**What Will Help You Succeed**
- 1+ years of experience in the landscape industry
- Red Seal Certification in Horticulture (or working toward it) is a strong asset
- Deep plant knowledge and experience in residential & commercial maintenance
- High school diploma (post-secondary education is an asset)
- Proficient in LMN, Company Cam, and Google Workspace tools
- Strong planning, reporting, and crew management skills
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with clean abstract

**What You Will Do as a Landscape Supervisor**
As our **Landscape Supervisor**, you’ll lead crews, manage job sites, and ensure our high standards are consistently met across all projects.
**Day-to-day tasks**:
- Train and mentor crews and assistant supervisors
- Oversee day-to-day field operations across multiple sites
- Ensure that materials, staff, and equipment are effectively allocated
- Monitor contract compliance and manage budgets vs. actuals
- Conduct client walkthroughs, resolve service calls, and maintain strong relationships
- Identify opportunities to upsell enhancement services
- Coordinate with office staff and leadership for scheduling and planning
- Conduct jobsite training on advanced landscaping techniques
- Assist with and delegate equipment maintenance
This is a **senior leadership role** with long-term growth potential within the company.

- A morning person—you usually rise before 6 am, not just for work
- Proactive and dependable under all conditions
- Experienced with crew leadership, client relations, and job costing
- Eager to help grow the company and take ownership of their role
Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
