Join our esteemed Business and Productivity Portfolio as a Contract Facilitator dedicated to delivering state-of-the-art Project Management training programs to our open enrolment students and corporate clients. Dive into diverse content spanning the breadth of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), touching both on traditional waterfall and modern agile methodologies.

**Contract Instruction Deliverables**:

- Harnessing educational technology for effective communication and presentations.
- Upholding and exemplifying professional and ethical standards, especially in interactions with students and peers.
- Tracking student attendance and maintaining relevant documentation.
- Engaging in direct instruction with a flair for utilizing strategies that bolster student engagement and learning.
- Timely grading of assignments and record submission.
- Addressing student queries and concerns with professionalism.

**Qualifications**:

- An undergraduate degree in a related field or a blend of education and pertinent experience.
- Recognized certifications like PMP will be considered a significant advantage.
- Proven track record in project management.
- Possession of a NAIT Teaching, Training, and Facilitation Excellence, formerly BMI, certificate is a plus.
- Adept at training and facilitating adult learners both in-person and online, employing a diverse array of techniques.
- Grasp of classroom management and instructional methodologies.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication.
- Collaborative spirit with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A high degree of autonomy and self-drive.

**Interview Process**:
Applicants with education credentials earned outside of Canada should have their credentials evaluated by World Education Services or the International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS).
