Seagate Contract Management is looking for an **experienced Commercial Interior Site Supervisor** to lead our construction projects to successful completion. If you’re enthusiastic, organized, and motivated to deliver high-quality results, we want to hear from you

**What You’ll Do**
- Supervise interior construction projects from planning through completion.
- Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, trades, and vendors to keep projects on track.
- Maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Oversee safety programs to ensure compliance and protect workers and the public.
- Monitor workmanship and enforce quality standards.
- Identify and communicate changes in project scope; assist in processing change orders.
- Support project administration tasks for the Project Manager.
- Represent Seagate professionally while liaising with clients, consultants, and property management.
- Lead, motivate, and coach site staff and subcontractors to achieve project goals.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry and best practices.
- Experience in carpentry (required).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience overseeing subcontractors (an asset).
- Contract management knowledge (an asset).
- Industry-related education or certifications (an asset).
- Class 5 driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Must have own vehicle

Pay: $38.00-$48.00 per hour
