**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining all standards for quality, freshness, sanitation and food safety
- Cutting and preparing all varieties and cuts of meat, including the safe operation of tools.
- Filling, maintaining and rotating products and displays
- Additional tasks and duties as required or requested by supervisor
- Assisting customers with their meat selections, providing expert advice and excellent service

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Meat Cutter or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of meat cutting techniques and different cuts of meat
- Ability to use meat cutting tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
