Our professional Senior Care company is looking for competent compassionate and dedicated professional personal support workers to assist our clients in non-medical duties. As a PSW, you help clients with everyday tasks such as personal care, transportation, meal preparation, and light housework. **Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
- Help clients with physical therapy exercises
- Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able)
- Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own
- Be a pleasant and supportive companion
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

**Skills**
- Completion of your Personal Support Worker Diploma or the completion of your Nursing degree.
- Enjoy working in a 1:1 setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills.
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
- Ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner.
- Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or in-home care environment.
- Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
- Supportive and compassionate.
- Take pride in providing high quality care.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
