This is a part-time, predominantly weekends, on-site role located in Ottawa; for the position of Yoga Instructor at Puppy Sphere. We are looking for yoga instructors that are passionate about yoga, love puppies, and have a warm, bubbly personality. You will lead beginner-friendly yoga classes while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for both attendees and puppies As Yoga Instructor, you will be responsible for 4 yoga classes, of 45 minutes each, throughout one day.

**This is a contract, on-site role in Ottawa and weekend availability is a necessity.**

**Yoga Instructor Responsibilities**:

- Lead and instruct beginner yoga flow classes with an emphasis on relaxation and enjoyment.
- Be mindful and patient that puppies will be present during practice and attendees will have divided attention to the yoga practice and puppies.
- Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all attendees.
- Provide modifications and adjustments to accommodate different skill levels.
- Collaborate with the Puppy Sphere team members to maintain a clean and organized space.

**Yoga Instructor Requirements**:

- Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 200 or equivalent).
- Experience teaching beginner yoga classes preferred.
- Genuine love for animals, particularly puppies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to create a friendly, inclusive, and supportive environment.
- Patience and adaptability to handle the playful nature of puppies during classes.
