Acculift is an established Crane company with over 30 years’ experience in the industry. We provide complete supply, install, and service of Overhead Cranes, Hoists, and Material Handling Equipment.

**Job Summary**

Acculift is currently recruiting for a **Service Technician** at our _**Surrey location.**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct on-site electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to determine cause for equipment malfunction, establish and perform necessary repairs
- Perform maintenance inspections on overhead cranes at customer facilities
- Assist on installations of overhead cranes and related equipment
- Responsible for completing all required daily paperwork accurately and completely

**Requirements**:

- Journeyman Red Seal Millwright or Electrician certification
- Crane industry or similar experience preferred
- Ability to work varied hours, overtime and on-call if needed
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be comfortable working at heights
- Must be safety oriented
- Training: Fall Arrest, Scissor Lift, Forklift, Crane Operator Training (will be provided as needed)

**Physical demands**:
Must be able to work from ladders and various type lifts, wear fall protection equipment and be trained in proper use. Frequent lifting of parts weighing 10- 20 pounds and occasional lifting of parts weighing 30-50 pounds. Infrequent lifting of parts weighing over 50 pounds. Must be able to stand, walk and climb for extended periods.

**Salary**: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Crane service: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- Journeyman certificate (required)
