**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate a slef erect crane to lift and transport materials as required by project specifications.
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Rig loads properly and safely, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed during lifting operations.
- Communicate effectively with ground crew members to coordinate movements and ensure safety.
- Maintain accurate records of crane operations, including load weights and operational hours.
- Perform routine maintenance on cranes and related equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the job site.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or other stakeholders.

**Skills**
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to crane operation and maintenance.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
- Experience operating forklifts or similar heavy machinery is desirable.
- Proficient in rigging techniques for safe load handling.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
- Customer service-oriented mindset, ensuring positive interactions with clients and team members alike.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $32.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week

Additional pay:
