The Shipping/Receiving Admin supports Operations through a commitment to accuracy, efficiency and exceptional customer service. In addition, the role actively contributing to a positive, productive and safe working environment. This positions is on site and is located at the Bill Sobey Retail Support Centre (RSC) at 260199 High Plains Blvd in Rocky View County just North of Calgary. This position is Temporary and on the Night shift.

**Here’s where you’ll be focusing**:

- Complete and release all scheduled orders out of EXE for selection
- Prepare trailer maps for loaders and validate loading process
- Prepare and amalgamate load sheets
- Create Bills of Lading electronically or manually
- Respond to all Customer Service enquiries on a timely manner
- Distribute incoming mail to appropriate customers within their delivery guidelines.
- Work closely with Dispatch Team and Logistics to ensure that all delivery documentation is available for execution of on-time deliveries
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment as per company requirements
- Work within team to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Perform all other duties as assigned

**Here's what is required**:

- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access) required
- Experience in EXE, SAP and TMS systems
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills (written and oral)
- Previous experience in shipping, dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Post secondary Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience
- Physical work including frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
- Occasionally lift over 30 lbs
- Sitting for long periods of time; may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time
- Using a computer keyboard and mouse for long periods of time
- Flexibility of various shifts including nights and weekends
