**Job Title**: Snow Removal Technician

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Remove snow from driveways, sidewalks, and other designated areas using snow blowers, shovels, and other equipment.
- Perform maintenance at all properties between snow events working individually or with a team.
- Respond promptly to snowfall events and adhere to scheduled service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and any client interactions.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to operate snow removal equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends during snow events.

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Outdoor work in cold and potentially hazardous weather conditions.
- Physical demands may include prolonged periods of walking, shovelling, scraping and lifting.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary based on experience. 30h/week guaranteed pay.
