**Job Summary**
As a Snow Crew Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of snow removal workers, coordinating snow clearing operations, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. The supervisor will be the main point of contact for the crew and play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction.

**Duties** **are but not limited to**:

- Lead and manage a team of snow shoveling crew members during snow removal operations.
- Operating MAG Snowrator to quickly and efficiently remove snow form the properties after each snowfall (training provided).
- Run a sander truck for lot gravelling operations.
- Maintain properties between snowfalls and ensure they are clear of ice.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor the progress of snow removal activities.
- Ensure all equipment and tools are in good working condition and utilized safely.
- Communicate with management and clients regarding service requirements and schedules.
- Monitor weather conditions and make decisions to ensure timely snow removal.
- Promote a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during operations.

**Qualifications**
- Leadership experience and strong team management skills.
- Ability to work in challenging weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Must be skilled to drive with a trailer.
