**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform routine lawn maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, and aeration.
- Assist with garden care, including planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching.
- Support the installation, adjustment, and maintenance of irrigation systems.
- Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Contribute to landscape improvement projects such as the installation of garden beds, pathways, and other decorative features.
- Participate in seasonal clean-ups, including leaf collection, debris removal, and winter preparation.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Previous experience in landscaping, lawn cutting, horticulture, or grounds maintenance is an asset but not required.
- Basic knowledge of plant care, soil health, and horticultural best practices is desired.
- Ability to operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to perform labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions.
