You must possess effective mentorship and leadership skills, efficient coordination of resources, be reliable, personable, organized, logical, customer service oriented, and an effective communicator. You are interested in tackling increasingly challenging projects and tasks, which may also include some business development.QualificationsRegistered with the Association of BC Forest Professionals as an RPF.Experience working in BC\'s Forest industry.Knowledge of Operational Forestry, including Appraisals, Cutting Permit Applications, Road Permit Applications, and Occupant Licenses to Cut.Knowledge of forest legislation.Demonstrate a solid understanding of silvicultural systems, surveys, and activities.Ability to prepare and support the preparation of Site Plans, land use plans, and Forest Landscape plansInterested in mentoring in the field and in the office year-roundComfortable liaising with clients and being involved in business developmentExperience managing budgets, schedules, and projectsExperience working with First NationsEnthusiastic about the BC Forest IndustryAssetsAdvanced RPAS License an assetOther Professional designations including PMP, RP Bio, P.
