**Position Title: Warehouse and Office Coordinator**

**Reports to Warehouse Manager and HR Generalist**Full-time (20 hours Warehouse/ 20 hours Office)**

Warehouse Coordinator Duties:

- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Complete diary logs into inventory (not must have)
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow Quality service standards and comply with Health and Safety Regulations

Office Coordinator Duties:

- Take ownership of overall office administration and office building management;
- Track and monitor office supply inventory and budget;
- Order office supplies and manage office cleaning services through vendors;
- Receive, sort and forward incoming mails;
- Work closely with HR department in supporting office Health and Safety operations, as well as new hire setup including office space, furniture, computers and accessories;
- Support retail team ordering store operations supplies;
- Organize office operations and procedures by working closely with facilities team;
- Plan and organize in-house or off-site team activities and events;
- Report any office maintenance requests to facilities team when needed;
- Ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications:

- 1+ years of office administration or equivalent in a similar setting (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential matters
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs repetitively
- Ability to lift, stand, walk for 8 hrs per day

**Salary**: $16.00 per year
