**ROLE SUMMARY:
**The manager in this role is responsible to manager raw material specialist. main lead in the internal communication within the Labatt organization and outside stakeholders. Managing the inventory targets, optimizing the pricing portfolio.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop processes for raw materials and reducing the cost of the raw materials.
- looking to optimize the pricing portfolio and the leader for internal communications
- setting the raw material inventory targets.
- Responsible for maintaining and running weekly material forecast reports
- Consult on current materials inventory policy making modifications and recommendations to improve material availability
- Manage supplier inventory to avoid material obsolescence and reduce costs. Work cross-functionally with Labatt production planners and the commercial team to deplete inventories
- Risk identification and contingency planning when supply chain challenges arise. Develop creative solutions to improve material availability

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelors degree in supply chain, engineering or business management.
- Minimum 5 years experience in supply planning/ demand planning or inventory management. CPG industry experience is an asset especially in beer industry.
- Analytical, communicative and data driven.
- Mathematical and tech savvy.
- Power Bi, lean six sigma, S&OP, project management experience is considered an asset.
