Broadway Blacktop is a growing asphalt paving and maintenance company proudly serving the Lower Mainland. We’re looking for a **hands-on, experienced Paving Lead** to join our crew and help us deliver top-tier results on every job — from driveways to commercial lots.

If you’re someone who knows their way around a rake and roller and can help lead a small crew on-site, we want to talk.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Perform asphalt raking, lute work, and compaction
- Operate roller, plate tamper, skid steer, and other site prep equipment
- Help lead day-to-day job site operations
- Assist in organizing crew, trucks, materials, and workflow
- Communicate directly with the owner and subcontractors
- Keep quality, safety, and efficiency top of mind

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 3+ years of paving or asphalt experience (raking required)
- Ability to operate basic equipment (Bobcat, roller, plate tamper)
- Good attitude, reliability, and willingness to hustle
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Team-first mindset with leadership potential

**Nice to Have (but not required)**:

- Experience running a paving crew or supporting a foreman
- Experience with seal coating, crack sealing, or line painting
- Class 3 license or trailer hauling experience

**Pay**:
$35-$45/hr depending on experience (opportunity for growth)

**Schedule**:
Full-time, Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays)
