We are looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our paving crew. If you’re reliable, enjoy hands-on work, and want to grow in a solid trade, we want to hear from you.
**Job Summary**
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting with asphalt paving and pothole repairs
- Raking, shoveling, and compacting asphalt
- Working with our experienced crew to complete jobs efficiently and safely
- General site cleanup and maintenance of tools/equipment
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in asphalt or construction is an asset, but not required
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
