**Role overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join our dynamic banking team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving our banking operations, systems, and processes. You will work closely with multi-functional teams to identify business needs, gather requirements, and propose innovative solutions to drive efficiency and enhance customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading banking institution through your analytical skills and eye for business.

**What you’ll do**:
In this role, you will:

- Collaborate with other teams to identify and define business requirements and objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of banking systems and processes to identify potential gaps and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of new systems and enhancements.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback on system functionality and usability.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for process optimization.
- Deliver training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.

**What you bring to the role**:
To excel in this role, you should bring:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Require minimum 5+ years experience & knowledge of Canadian Personal Banking & Personal Savings and Investments background.
- Require minimum 5+ years experience with different types of Investment Plans including RSP (Personal/Spousal/Locked In), Mutual Funds, Retail Plans (GIC), Non-Registered Products; RESP, corresponding forms, processes, and policies.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations and processes.
- Proficiency in Data Analytics / Power BI / SQL.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
