- We are hiring an onsite full-time Project Administrator / Coordinator looking to develop their talents and support our Deep Utilities and Earthworks teams. We are seeking a critical thinker who is a team player, honest, humble, ambitious and resourceful. You will need to be a motivated self-starter that is organized, prepared to learn new things and a champion of systems. You must also have outstanding written and oral communication skills._

**Responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:

- Provide ongoing administrative support to Project Managers and Operations Management.
- Administer project workflow and coordination of permitting, locates and materials procurement through the established systems and processes.
- Administer & manage municipality processes and ensure compliance for project start-up, completions & signoffs.
- Creating & managing purchasing orders and reviewing accounts payable invoices, including regular reporting.
- Keeping work progress and client billing files up to date.

**Qualifications & Experience Requirements**:

- 1+ years in Project Admin/Coordination roles or similar relatable experience (technical training will be provided).
- Expert in English (orally & in writing).
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).

Compensation: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 annual salary with Extended Health Care Benefits

A Project Coordinator at _**PEAK**_ will be successful due to your strengths of collaboration, interpretation, communication, tenacity, problem solving and the ability to independently multi-task, understanding company priorities, while remaining driven and dedicated to each projects’ specific needs and goals.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
