**Job Description**:

- Functional Expert and Key User for for Production Planning module.
- Responsible for the implementation of SAP projects, extensive testing of system settings and continuously updating process documentation
- Maintain SAP materials, task lists, tables and identify system issues/errors for corrective actions
- Automate and streamline SAP processes for financial reporting and analysis. Effective utilization of advanced IT skill sets
- Investigate customer complaints and respond accordingly and/or coordinate response accordingly
- Identify, recommend and coordinate KPI measures to achieve department planned result
- Constantly strive for continuous improvement of processes (CIP) within the area of responsibilities. Identify and lead projects within the department or cross functional teams
- Prepare training materials and conduct end user trainings on a frequent basis
- Support various month end closing activities
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP as key user
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Production Planning
- Degree or Diploma in Business Admin. or Supply Chain & Operations is an asset
- Knowledge of business process particularly interfaces between Production Planning; Procurement; Warehousing and Manufacturing
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects
- Self-starter, motivated individual
- Drive for innovation and continuous improvement
- Customer focused, excellent interpersonal skills
