**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our digital, social media, and other marketing strategies. Support branding initiatives, manage content creation (including picture/video taking & editing), and optimize advertising performance. This individual will play a pivotal role in growing brand awareness, generating leads, creating and managing content creation, and supporting our current marketing/sales team with dynamic marketing campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Content & Campaign Management
- Plan, create, and manage digital ad campaigns across platforms (Search, Display, Social, Programmatic).
- Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Sales, Product, Data) for aligned messaging and execution.

Video/Photo Content Creation
- Take part in shooting videos and taking pictures for branded commercials
- Help edit these pictures and videos for using on social media sites as well as our website and YouTube
- Help write the scripts for these company-branded commercials as well as other marketing mediums

Social Media & Branding
- Help manage organic and paid social media on LinkedIn, Facebook (Meta), Instagram, and YouTube.
- Create and manage a consistent social media calendar and brand messaging.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera for brand content when necessary.

Digital Marketing & Analysis
- Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and lead generation efforts.
- Use platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot to analyze campaign performance and identify optimizations.
- Ensure campaigns align with SEO best practices and drive qualified traffic.

Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the marketing team and leadership to align strategies with business objectives.
- Participate in occasional travel to trade shows and industry events (up to 10%).

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: 3-5 years in a digital marketing or marketing coordinator role, preferably in the capital equipment or industrial space.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proficient in writing and verbal communication (knowing French is an Asset)
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
- Experience with HubSpot, Zapier, and marketing analytics tools.
- Familiarity with creating landing pages, funnels, and lead generation tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Optional but beneficial)
- Ability to take videos and pictures at a high level
- **Digital Skills**:

- SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media platforms, video/photo editing.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication, highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
