We’re now seeking a **Marketing & Creative Specialist** to help us expand our **B2B marketing channels**, generate high-quality leads, and support campaign efforts that turn awareness into real traction.

**The Opportunity**

This role is perfect for a marketer who thrives in a creative, high-growth environment where your work directly fuels sales and partner engagement. You’ll develop and launch **campaigns that generate leads**, support brand visibility, and drive professionals (not consumers) to take action — whether that’s booking a demo, opening an account, or exploring a new product line.

**The role and responsibilities**

**B2B Campaign Execution**
- Plan, design, and launch **multi-channel campaigns** aimed at **driving partner engagement**, generating **qualified leads**, and **building new sales pipelines**:

- Work closely with sales and brand teams to align messaging with **business goals**:

- Segment lists by audience type (medspas, clinics, retailers, etc.)
- Leverage automation for nurturing and reactivation sequences

**Graphic Design & Visual Messaging**
- Translate brand/product messaging into **clear, business-friendly visuals**:

- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms and materials

**Landing Pages & Web Support**
- Build and manage **conversion-optimized landing pages** (product promos, sign-ups, etc.)
- Collaborate on website updates related to new offerings or campaigns
- Ensure **messaging clarity, mobile responsiveness**, and lead capture performance

**Social Media & Paid Post Boosting**
- Create and boost **Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok posts** designed for a **professional audience**:

- Work with internal teams or influencers to build product credibility and visibility in the B2B space**Video Marketing**:

- Produce short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, training content) to highlight product usage, business value, and brand differentiation
- Support video-based campaigns for **lead generation and partner educationLead Generation & Tracking**:

- Use tracking tools to **monitor lead quality, engagement, and conversions**
- Identify trends and opportunities to **optimize future campaign performance**
- Build simple reporting dashboards to share insights with the team

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or campaign management
- Experience in a **B2B or professional services setting** (skincare/beauty industry preferred)
- Strong hands-on skills with **Mailchimp**, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and social platforms
- Experience producing **short-form marketing videos**:

- Understanding of **B2B buyer behavior**, funnels, and the professional skincare space
- Detail-oriented with a creative mind and excellent time management skills
