**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Lead and coordinate painting projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Utilize power tools for tasks such as drywall repair and restoration work.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements.
- Train and mentor junior painters in best practices for residential painting and restoration.
- Manage inventory of paint supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a painter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in drywall installation and repair techniques.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications.
- Familiarity with various power tools used in the painting industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in carpentry is a plus but not required.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
