Now here's where you come in We're currently on the search for an Social Media Manager specialized in developing influencer partnerships, maintaining relationships, product seeding campaigns, outreach automations and developing clear briefs that follow brand guidelines.

Someone who has worked alongside paid social advertising teams and has a deep understanding of all the metrics and analytics. This individual will also be a great storyteller and demonstrate the ability to connect with their audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategize our content calendar for the month on all channels
- Demonstrate organic growth on all social channels (mastering 1 channel at a time works with us)
- Work with paid social team to provide UGC, content, and refine briefs for content creators to focus on what works for the brand
- Analyze and demonstrate metrics from the platforms related to thumbnail performance, thump-stop ratio, watch times, drop offs
- Outreach to creators, sometimes personalized messages sometimes develop automations for mass outreach
- Design and implement social strategies, brand partnerships, influencer partnerships, product ideas based on customer feedback, engage with the audience
- Assisting with other marketing and promotional events

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
- Attention to details
- **Preferred skills**:Social media tools (Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social), ability to scale an organic channel (Tik Tok, Youtube, Instagram)
