Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, the Customer Experience Representative is responsible for providing direct support to prospective customers who seek information on Company products and services via phone or internet. The Customer Experience Representative supports branch sales personnel by gathering information and prequalifying potential sales leads.
THE ROLE
- Prequalify customer inquiry and disseminate call information to appropriate salesperson or department.
- Log, track, and communicate details of communication with customers.
- Follow up with leads and record sales results.
- Participate in both branch and corporate training activities.
- Make outbound telephone calls and answer incoming sales calls.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
KNOW HOW & EXPERIENCE
- Fully Bilingual French and English.
- Must be proficient with computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Relationship building and time management skills.
- Self-motivation with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
Relevant de la directrice de l'expérience client, le Représentant de l'expérience client est chargé de fournir un soutien direct aux clients potentiels qui cherchent à obtenir des renseignements sur les produits et services de la société par téléphone ou par internet. Le représentant de l'expérience client soutient le personnel de vente de la succursale en recueillant des renseignements et en préqualifiant les clients potentiels.
- Présélectionner les demandes des clients et transmettre les informations sur l'appel au vendeur ou au service approprié.
- Enregistrer, suivre et communiquer les détails des communications avec les clients.
- Assurer le suivi des prospects et enregistrer les résultats des ventes.
- Fournir des informations par téléphone, courriel, chat ou courrier.
- Participer aux activités de formation de la succursale et de l'entreprise.
- Effectuer des appels téléphoniques sortants et répondre aux appels de vente entrants.
- Effectuer d'autres tâches selon les besoins.
SAVOIR-FAIRE ET EXPÉRIENCE
- Entièrement bilingue français et anglais.
- Il faut être compétent en informatique et avoir une connaissance pratique des programmes de Microsoft Office.
- Une année d'expérience en service à la clientèle est préférable.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles requises.
- Compétences en matière d'établissement de relations et de gestion du temps.
- Motivation personnelle et forte capacité à résoudre les problèmes.
- Sens aigu de l'urgence et capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front.
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe.
